It is strictly forbidden to use straw bag packaging or straw rope to bundle the goods.
2. In addition to being suitable for the nature, state and weight of the goods, the packaging should be convenient for handling, loading and unloading and stacking; there should be no protruding nails, hooks, thorns, etc. on the outer surface of the packaging; the packaging should be clean, dry, free of odor and oil stains.
3. The packaging tape used for tying the goods should be able to bear the full weight of the goods, and ensure that the goods will not be disconnected when lifting the goods.
4. If the packaging of the goods does not comply with the relevant regulations in this manual, the shipper shall be required to improve or repackage before acceptance.
5. The packaging of the goods should be firm and intact, which can prevent the packaging from breaking, leakage and loss of the contents during transportation; prevent the goods from being damaged or deteriorated due to stacking, friction, shock or changes in air pressure and temperature; to prevent injury to operators or pollution Aircraft, ground equipment and other items.
2. Special provisions for some goods
1. Powdered goods
If it is packed in bags, the outermost layer should use plastic coated textile bags as outer packaging to ensure that the powder will not leak, and the gross weight of a single piece of goods should not exceed 50 kg; if it is packed in cardboard drums, wooden drums, and plywood drums, it is required that the barrel body is not broken , The seams are tight, the barrel lid is sealed, and the barrel hoop is sturdy; if it is packed in glass, the weight of the contents of each bottle shall not exceed 1 kg. Use iron or wood material as outer packaging, and fill the box with cushion material. The gross weight of a single piece of goods should not exceed 25 kg.
2. Liquid cargo
There must be a 5-10% gap inside the container, and the lid must be flat and tight; no spillage. For liquids contained in glass containers, the capacity of each container shall not exceed 500 ml. The gross weight of a single piece of goods should not exceed 25 kg. The box should be filled with pads and absorbent materials to prevent shaking or liquid seepage.
3. Goods that are not afraid of pressing
No packaging, such as tires, etc.; goods that are difficult to count, irregular in shape, similar in shape to transport equipment, or easy to damage the aircraft should be wrapped with rope, linen or additionally packaged.
4. Precision fragile, brittle and fragile goods
The gross weight of a single piece of goods should not exceed 25 kg, and the following methods can be used for packaging:
